By using a scraper structure and a pavement repairing structure, the problems that the flatness of concrete leveling is reduced due to the fact that concrete particles adhere to an existing leveling roller, manual repairing is needed in the concave position of the pavement, limitation is large, and the repairing quality is low are solved.
