Bridge suspender intelligent detection mechanism
The invention discloses a bridge suspender intelligent detection mechanism. The mechanism comprises an annular frame, wherein rollers are installed in the annular frame, at least three visual detection devices are evenly arranged on the annular frame in the circumferential direction, and the annular frame comprises a first semi-ring frame and a second semi-ring frame which are connected with eachother; the annular frame is connected with an unmanned aerial vehicle through a connecting line. The mechanism is advantaged in that the unmanned aerial vehicle is used as power to pull the annular frame to move upwards along the suspender, detection is conducted through the visual detection device, the unmanned aerial vehicle is effectively prevented from being blown away through the connecting line, meanwhile, the visual detection devices can move upwards along the suspender through upward pulling force, and detection of the suspender is completed.
本发明公开了一种桥梁吊杆智能检测机构,包括环形架,环形架内部安装有滚轮,环形架沿周向均匀布置不少于三个视觉检测装置,环形架包括相互连接的第一半环架和第二半环架;环形架通过连接线连接有无人机。本发明通过无人机作为动力拉着环形架沿吊杆上行,并通过视觉检测装置进行检测,通过连接线有效防止无人机被吹跑,同时通过向上的拉力使得视觉检测装置可以沿吊杆上行,完成吊杆的检测。
