The invention relates to a bridge guardrail shielding and sealing plate mounting device and a shielding and sealing plate mounting method, the mounting device comprises an embedded sleeve, a screw rod, a lock catch, a washer, a gasket and an operating rod, the screw rod is provided with a threaded section and a polished rod section, and the lock catch is rotatably connected to the polished rod section in the screw rod through a pin shaft; the screw rod can sequentially penetrate through the gasket, a shaping steel die and the washer and then is connected to the embedded sleeve in a screwed mode, and the operating rod can be inserted into a lock handle in the lock catch. According to the mounting device, the lock catch and a threaded rod are used for enabling the embedded sleeve to be tightly attached to a shaping steel mold, and subsequent constructors can install the shielding and sealing plate on the embedded sleeve through screws only after the shaping steel mold is detached.
本发明涉及一种桥梁护栏遮封板安装装置及遮封板安装方法，上述安装装置包括：预埋套筒、螺丝杆、锁扣、垫圈、垫片及操作杆，螺丝杆上设有螺纹段及光杆段，锁扣通过销轴转动连接于螺丝杆中的光杆段上，螺丝杆可依次穿过垫片、定型钢模、垫圈后再螺旋连接于预埋套筒上，操作杆可插入锁扣中的锁柄上。本发明提供的安装装置中利用锁扣及螺纹杆使预埋套筒紧密贴合于定型钢模上，后续施工人员只用拆除定型钢模后即可利用螺丝将遮封板安装于预埋套筒上。
