Demolition construction method for large-span prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge
The invention relates to a demolition construction method for a large-span prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge, which comprises the following steps of: when sectionally cutting, hoisting, crushing and constructing the cable-stayed bridge in an inverse sequence of bridge construction, temporarily reinforcing a support of a hanging hole beam section, then performing cutting and partitioning, then performing hoisting in a partitioning manner by using hoisting equipment, and after the hanging hole beam is demolished, conducting demolition construction of standard cable-stayed sections of river span cantilevers on the two sides and finally conducting main tower demolition and side span and lower structure demolition. The method is suitable for demolition construction of most large-span cable-stayed bridges and bridges similar to stress systems and bridge types, especially for segmented demolition of bridge bodies and cutting of stay cables, guarantees safety and stability of the bridges in the demolition process, achieves environmental protection of surrounding residents and water sources, reduces influences on navigation in related channels in the construction period, increases the construction speed to the maximum extent, improves the construction efficiency, and saves the construction cost.
本发明涉及一种用于大跨径预应力混凝土斜拉桥的拆除施工方法,采用建桥的逆顺序对斜拉桥进行分段切割、吊装、破碎,施工时,先将挂孔梁段支座处临时加固,随后进行切割分块,再利用吊装设备进行分块吊装,挂孔梁拆除完成后,分别进行两侧河跨悬臂标准斜拉段拆除施工,最后进行主塔拆除及边跨及下部结构拆除。该方法适用于大多数大跨径斜拉桥以及类似受力体系和桥型的桥梁拆除施工,尤其是桥梁梁体的分段拆解、斜拉索的切割,确保桥梁在拆除过程的安全稳定,实现对周边居民以及水源的环境保护,减小施工期间对相关航道的通航影响,最大限度加快施工速度、提高施工效率、节约施工成本。
