An isolation pier with an alarm function for windy areas comprises an isolation pier body and a triggering mechanism. A rotating cavity, a moving cavity and a through groove are sequentially formed inthe isolation pier body from top to bottom; a transparent shell is fixedly connected to the upper end of the isolation pier body, and a rotating cavity is formed in the transparent shell; the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the through groove are each provided with a ventilation opening communicating with the outside; the triggering mechanism comprises an arc-shaped plate horizontally arranged in the through groove, and the lower end of the arc-shaped plate is elastically connected with the inner bottom of the through groove through two springs; a first folding air bag is fixedly connected between the lower end of the arc-shaped plate and the inner bottom of the through groove. According to the invention, a copper plate is continuously impacted through the multiple abutting rods, so that the isolation barrier makes a sound to remind passing vehicles, the road barrier is further provided with a warning lamp capable of flashing while rotating, and the warning effect on a driver is enhanced.
