The vegetation concrete prefabricated slab comprises a concrete prefabricated slab body, whereina plurality of steel frames are fixedly connected to the concrete prefabricated slab body; a plurality of vegetation blocks are fixedly connected to the steel frames; a shaping pipe is connected between the vegetation blocks on every two adjacent steel frames; a plurality of fixing bolts are connected between the shaping pipes and the vegetation blocks; a plurality of cultivation holes are dug inthe vegetation blocks; the vegetation blocks comprise hollow pipe shells; water permeable films are fixedly connected to the outer walls of the hollow pipe shells; the hollow pipe shells are filled with vegetation concrete blocks; the shaping pipes comprise pipe shells; and a plurality of evenly-distributed drainage holes are dug in the pipe shells. According to the scheme, vegetation can be planted on the concrete prefabricated slab, the prefabricated slab can be rapidly laid and formed on a protection slope, and an ecological protection slope is formed; and the vegetation blocks on the prefabricated slab are regularly distributed in an array mode, vegetation planting is standard and tidy through connection of the shaping pipes, and rapid drainage can be carried out through the shaping pipes.
