Structure for converting foundation pit temporary soil nail into basement exterior wall permanent soil nail
The invention provides a structure for converting a foundation pit temporary soil nail into a basement exterior wall permanent soil nail. The end of the foundation pit temporary soil nail is exposed out of a foundation pit slope surface, and the structure is characterized in that a connecting steel bar is arranged between the end of the foundation pit temporary soil nail and a basement exterior wall, a sleeve is arranged outside the connecting steel bar, and concrete or grout is injected into the sleeve so that the connecting steel bar is effectively connected with the end of the temporary soil nail and the basement outer wall. When a foundation pit is excavated, the soil nail is used for keeping the safety of the foundation pit, and after steel bars of the basement outer wall are bound, asection of new steel bar and sleeve is connected between a threaded sleeve at the end of the soil nail and the basement outer wall and used for connecting the temporary soil nail and the outer wall.Finally, soil is backfilled between the foundation pit and the outer wall, so that the foundation pit temporary soil nail is connected with the outer wall through newly-connected steel bar, the outerwall is tied, the thickness and steel consumption of the basement outer wall can be effectively reduced, the basement building area is increased, the construction cost is reduced, and a good economiceffect is achieved.
本发明提供了一种将基坑临时土钉转变为地下室外墙永久土钉的结构,所述基坑临时土钉的端头露出基坑坡面,其特征在于在基坑临时土钉的端头和地下室外墙之间设连接钢筋,连接钢筋外设有套管,在套筒内注入混凝土或灌浆,使得连接钢筋与临时土钉端头及地下室外墙均有效连接。在基坑开挖时,土钉用来保持基坑的安全,当地下室外墙钢筋绑扎完成后,在土钉端部的螺纹套筒和地下室外墙之间接上一段新的钢筋和套管,用于连接临时土钉和外墙。最终基坑与外墙之间回填土,至此基坑临时土钉通过新接的钢筋与外墙连接,对外墙起到拉结的作用,可有效减小地下室外墙厚度及用钢量,从而增大地下室建筑面积和减小造价,具有良好的经济效应。
