The invention provides a buckle type foundation bolt of a power transmission tower. The buckle type foundation bolt comprises a hollow sleeve unit, a padding unit and a buckle bolt unit; the sleeve unit comprises sleeves (4); a plurality of baffle assemblies are arranged at different heights of the sleeves (4); the plate-shaped padding unit is arranged on the upper surface of the sleeve unit and comprises a padding plate (14) and a tower foot plate (3) arranged on the padding plate (14); the tower foot plate (3) fixes power transmission tower legs (13); the buckle bolt unit comprises a stud (1), a nut (2) and a plate-shaped clamping thorn assembly; the clamping thorn assembly is fixed through the stud (1); and the stud (1) penetrates through the padding unit to fix the clamping thorn assembly in the baffle assembly at the proper height in the sleeve (4). The defect that the length of the foundation bolt of the tower foot plate (3) is limited is overcome, the height of the part of the stud (1) exposed out of the sleeve (4) is adjusted, the different heights of the tower legs (13) of the power transmission tower on the foundation bolt are adjusted by additionally arranging the padding plate (14), and the uneven settlement problem of a tower foundation of the power transmission tower in an uneven settlement area is solved.
