The invention provides the non-negative pressure water supply device capable of removing sewage from the steady flow tank without wasting water suppliedin the steady flow tank, and meanwhile, the invention also provides the non-negative pressure water supply device capable of automatically supplementing air to the pressure stabilizing tank.
