The non-negative pressure water supply device comprises a steady flow tank, a flow dividing pipe, bypass pipes, a water pump, a collecting pipe and a pressure stabilizing tank, wherein a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a vacuum suppressor and a sewage dischargingmechanism are arranged on the steady flow tank; one end of the water outlet pipe is connected with the steady flow tank, and the other end of the water outlet pipe is connected with the flow dividingpipe; the flow dividing pipe is connected with the collecting pipe through a plurality of bypass pipes; one end of each bypass pipe is connected with the flow dividing pipe, and the other end of eachbypass pipe is connected with the collecting pipe; the bypass pipes are divided into a bypass pipe a and a bypass pipe b; the water pump is arranged on the bypass pipe a; the lower end of the pressurestabilizing tank is connected with the collecting pipe through a butt joint pipe; a pressure sensor is arranged on the collecting pipe; and the sewage discharging mechanism on the steady flow tank comprises a positioning pipe and a sewage filter. The invention provides the non-negative pressure water supply device capable of removing sewage from the steady flow tank without wasting water suppliedin the steady flow tank, and meanwhile, the invention also provides the non-negative pressure water supply device capable of automatically supplementing air to the pressure stabilizing tank.
