Flexible connection structure between reinforced concrete pipes and construction method
The invention discloses a flexible connection structure between reinforced concrete pipes and a construction method. The flexible connection structure comprises the reinforced concrete pipes at two ends, the reinforced concrete pipes at the two ends are in butt joint, and a connection joint is arranged at the joint of the reinforced concrete pipes at the two ends; and annular post-cast strips arefurther fixedly arranged outside the reinforced concrete pipeline, the annular post-cast strips are distributed on the two sides of the connection joint, W-shaped galvanized steel sheets are arrangedon the inner sides of the reinforced concrete pipes, and the W-shaped galvanized steel sheets are arranged at the connection joint and fixed to the inner wall of the reinforced concrete pipeline through expansion bolts. By pouring flexible filler polyurethane sealants 4 between the W-shaped galvanized steel sheets and the post-cast strips, it can be guaranteed that received displacement deformation can be buffered when differential settlement occurs, connection between the reinforced concrete pipes is guaranteed, and leakage caused by damage between the concrete pipes is prevented.
本发明公开了一种钢筋混凝土管之间的柔性连接结构及施工方法,包括两端的钢筋混凝土管,两端钢筋混凝土管进行对接,两端所述钢筋混凝土管道接口处设置有一连接缝;所述钢筋混凝土管道外还固设有环状后浇带,所述环装后浇带分布于所述连接缝两侧,所述钢筋混凝土管内侧设置W型镀锌钢板,所述W型镀锌钢板设置在所述连接缝处采用膨胀螺栓固定在钢筋混凝土管的管道内壁上。本发明通过在W型镀锌钢板和后浇带之间灌入柔性填充物聚氨酯密封膏4可以保证在发生不均匀沉降时能够缓冲所收到的位移变形,确保钢筋混凝土管之间的连接,防止混凝土管之间出现破坏而导致渗漏。
