The invention discloses a foul gas extraction device for municipal pipeline internal maintenance. The foul gas extraction device comprises a sliding box body and a breathable mesh enclosure, wherein apush handle is fixedly connected below one side wall of the sliding box body; an operation controller is fixedly connected to one side, positioned above the push handle, of the sliding box body; andan exhaust pipe is arranged on one side above the operation controller. Through the action of a telescopic push rod, telescopic supporting legs slide along a guide sleeve, the supporting diameters ofthe telescopic supporting legs are adjusted, thus the foul gas extraction requirements of municipal pipelines with different pipe diameters are met, and the application range is wide; and an elastic supporting assembly is arranged between the telescopic supporting legs and a push rod support, an elastic acting force can be provided for the telescopic supporting legs, the influence of small changeof the inner diameter size of the pipeline can be avoided, ball wheels on the telescopic supporting legs can be always ensured to be firmly attached to the inner wall of the pipeline, then the devicecan be ensured to flexibly slide in the pipeline, the position movement is labor-saving and time-saving, and the device is extremely practical.
