The connecting joint comprises a first tubular column, a second tubular column, a core tube and the prestressed steel pull rod, a first flange is arranged on the bottom end face of the first tubular column, and a second flange is arranged on the top end face of the second tubular column; the first flange and the second flange can be fixedly connected through flange bolts;and a plurality of one-way bolt holes are formed in the column wall, close to the first flange, of the first tubular column, the core tube can be arranged on the first tubular column and the second tubular column in a penetrating mode and can be connected with the first tubular column through one-way bolts and hole channels, and an upper tubular column and a lower tubular column are fastened together through the prestress steel pull rod. The flanges and the core tube are adopted, industrial production is facilitated, the core tube and the column wall are connected through the one-way bolts, the connecting structure performance is guaranteed, meanwhile, due to the existence of the prestress steel pull rod, the bolt tension can be effectively reduced, and efficient fabricating is achieved.
