Combined steel pipe support with replaceable energy consumption section
The invention discloses a combined steel pipe support with a replaceable energy consumption section. The combined steel pipe support comprises a gusset plate, end plates, an elastic support section, abuckling energy consumption section and stiffening rib plates, wherein the elastic support section comprises outer steel pipes and filled fine aggregate concrete; an inner steel pipe is arranged in an inner cavity at one end of each outer steel pipe; a flange plate is welded at one end of each inner steel pipe to form flange connection; the outer steel pipes and the inner steel pipes are welded together through the stiffening rib plates; the buckling energy consumption section comprises a buckling energy consumption steel pipe which is made of soft steel or Q235 steel with high ductility; theother ends of the outer steel pipes are connected with the end plates; the gusset plate is connected with the end plates through welding seams. According to the support, low-yield-point steel with high ductility is taken as the buckling energy consumption section, so that the support is stable in performance, easy to machine and low in manufacturing cost; and the elastic support section and the buckling energy consumption section are connected through a flange, and the buckling energy consumption steel pipe can be replaced at any time after being deformed under the action of accidental loadssuch as earthquake, so that the repair cost can be reduced, time can be saved, and the efficiency can be increased.
