The invention relates to a sunlight room main beam profile structure capable of realizing arching of a single main beam. The sunlight room main beam profile structure comprises a beam body, the beam body comprises a plurality of mold cavities and a placing cavity, a reinforcing plate is placed in the placing cavity, and the reinforcing plate is arranged in the width direction of the beam body andextends in the length direction of the beam body. The multiple mold cavities and one placing cavity are integrally arranged in one beam body, a titanium alloy plate is placed in the placing cavity, enough structural strength and resilience toughness of the titanium alloy plate are utilized, thus the combination of one beam body and the titanium alloy plate can achieve the structural strength and resilience toughness achieved by the combination of an upper-layer beam body and a lower-layer beam body of an original structure. The titanium alloy plate is directly inserted into the placing cavity,the assembling and connecting process of the upper-layer beam body and the lower-layer beam body is omitted, and time and labor are saved in the assembling process. The size of the main beam can be reduced by one beam body, so that the use space is increased.
本发明涉及一种可以实现单根主梁起拱的阳光房主梁型材结构,包括梁体,所述梁体包括多个型腔和一个放置腔,在放置腔内放置加强板,加强板沿梁体的宽度方向设置并沿梁体的长度方向延伸。将多个型腔和一个放置腔集成设置在一个梁体内,并通过在放置腔内放置钛合金板的方式,利用钛合金板足够的结构强度和回弹韧性,使得一个梁体与钛合金板结合可以达到原有结构上层梁体和下层梁体结合所具有的结构强度和回弹韧性。钛合金板直接插入放置腔内即可,省去了上层梁体和下层梁体装配连接的过程,装配过程省时省力。而且一个梁体的形式会减少主梁体积,因而增加使用空间。
