The invention discloses a T-shaped recoverable vertical connecting structure. The T-shaped recoverable vertical connecting structure comprises at least one structural unit, wherein the structural unitcomprises a left wall body, a right wall body, left T-shaped steel, right T-shaped steel, a friction limiter, a pretensioned rod and high-strength bolts, the T-shaped steel is connected with the wallbodies through the high-strength bolts, a batten plate of the friction limiter is connected with a web of the T-shaped steel through the high-strength bolt, and both ends of the pretensioned rod arerespectively anchored to an outer plate of the friction limiter through anchorage devices. When the T-shaped recoverable vertical connecting structure is applied to vertical connection of structures such as shear walls and the like, the lateral resistance of the structures such as the the shear walls and the like can be improved through self-resetting and energy consumption performance of the vertical connection.
