Padlock latch for escape
The invention discloses a padlock latch for escape, comprising an inner door mechanism and an outer door mechanism. A conventional bolt and butterfly nut structure for escape is replaced by a mode ofcombining a tenon and a bevel slider; after the tenon and the bevel slider are staggered, the bevel slider does not limit the axial movement between a handle and the latch any more, so that the padlock latch is quickly unlocked; the handle part increases the arm of force of a rotating part, so that the operation is more labor-saving, and the personnel operation difficulty caused by overlarge locking force is prevented; the outer edge of the tenon is consistent with the diameter of the inner surface of the handle, so that the tenon can only rotate relative to the handle after being pressed intothe handle; moreover, the surfaces of the tenon and the handle are inclined, so that the axial pressure between the tenons and the handle can be changed when the handle rotates, the tenon and the bevel slider can be conveniently staggered, and the bevel slider on the handle is hidden in the handle; and meanwhile, the tenon of the latch is covered by the handle, and the inner side structure of thedoor is of built-in design, so that the appearance is more attractive compared with common exposed nuts and bolts.
本发明公开了一种逃生用挂锁锁扣,包括内门机构和外门机构,该结构通过凸榫与斜面滑块结合的方式取代常规逃生用螺栓和蝶形螺母结构,当凸榫与斜面滑块错开之后斜面滑块就不再限制手柄与锁扣间的轴向运动,从而快速解锁,手柄部分增大了转动部的力臂,操作更加省力,防止锁紧力度过大造成人员操作困难,因凸榫外沿是与手柄的内部表面直径一致的,所以凸榫压到手柄内部后只能与手柄相对转动,且因两者表面都是倾斜的,所以手柄转动时两者间会轴向的压力会发生改变,从而便于凸榫与斜面滑块进行错开,手柄上的斜面滑块藏在手柄内部,同时手柄遮住了锁扣的凸榫,门内侧结构均为内藏式设计,所以形制较一般锁扣裸露在外的螺母和螺栓更为美观。
