Speed limiter of friction deceleration door
The invention discloses a speed limiter of a friction deceleration door. The speed limiter comprises a base, a roller and compression friction rods, wherein a roller body is a circular ring shell witha shaft in the center and an opening in one side; the shaft in the center of the roller is matched with a roller rotating hole in the base; one end of the shaft of the roller is connected with a first shifting wheel, and the other end of the shaft of the roller is connected with a second shifting wheel; the first shifting wheel and the second shifting wheel are provided with protruding strips; the protruding strips are matched with protruding strips on the compression friction rods; a rotating wheel is arranged at one end of each compression friction rod; protruding strips are arranged on theouter contour of each rotating wheel; a friction block is arranged at the other end of each compression friction rod; rubber is arranged on the surface of each friction block; each rotating wheel andthe corresponding friction block are connected through a rotating shaft; and after assembling, the compression friction rods are assembled in a first compression friction rod restraint hole and a second compression friction rod restraint hole correspondingly, and the two compression friction rods are matched with the first shifting wheel and the second shifting wheel correspondingly. The problemthat an existing door body fixator cannot achieve speed restraint on the whole door body movement process is solved.
本发明公开了一种摩擦减速门限速器,包括基座、滚轮和压缩摩擦杆;滚轮主体为中心有轴的一侧开口圆环壳体,滚轮中心的轴与基座上的滚轮旋转孔相配合,滚轮的轴一端接第一拨动轮,另一端接第二拨动轮,第一拨动轮、第二拨动轮上设有凸起条,凸起条与压缩摩擦杆上凸起条相配合;压缩摩擦杆一端为转轮,转轮外轮廓上设置有凸起条,压缩摩擦杆另一端设置有摩擦块,摩擦块表面有橡胶,转轮和摩擦块之间通过转轴连接;装配后,第一压缩摩擦杆约束孔和第二压缩摩擦杆约束孔内都装配有压缩摩擦杆,两个压缩摩擦杆分别与第一拨动轮和第二拨动轮配合。解决了现有门体固定器不能实现对门体运动全过程的速度约束问题。
