The invention discloses a speed-adjustable spring buffering door closer. The speed-adjustable spring buffering door closer comprises a shell, an end cover and a telescopic rod. A spring buffering structure is arranged, so that a buffering effect is achieved on the extension and retraction of a spring; the positions of two flow channels are arranged, so that a normal closing stroke and a bufferingclosing stroke of a door body are formed; and an oil blocking plate is rotated, so that a through hole in the oil blocking plate corresponds to an oil hole in a piston, thus, the flow of oil during sliding of the piston is adjusted, the closing speed of the door body is adjusted, the flexibility is high, and additionally, the end cover is detachably connected with the shell, so that later maintenance is facilitated, the service life of the device is prolonged, and the cost is reduced.
