The invention discloses a heat-free fire extinguishing type fireproof door. The fireproof door comprises a door body, a cooling cavity is formed in the door body, a plurality of partition plates are fixedly connected to the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the cooling cavity at equal intervals in a staggered and sealed mode, the partition plates divide the cooling cavity into bent flowchannels, the two ends of each bent flow channel are both arranged upwards, a first sliding cavity and a second sliding cavity are symmetrically formed in the positions, above the cooling cavity, inthe door body, a first sliding plug and a second sliding plug are symmetrically connected into the first sliding cavity and the second sliding cavity in a sliding mode, a shape memory spring is jointly and fixedly connected between the first sliding plug and the second sliding plug, and the shape memory spring penetrates through an interlayer between the first sliding cavity and the second slidingcavity. The fireproof door has the advantages that the temperature of tap water in the bent flow channels can be prevented from rising to the high temperature, the tap water can be pressed out to anescape channel before rising to the high temperature, the fireproof performance of the door body is further improved, and meanwhile the escape efficiency is improved.
