The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum alloy doors and windows, in particular to an aluminum alloy door and window which facilitate fire escape. Compared with the prior art, rapid escape is facilitated when a fire occursindoors, old people with mobility difficulties and children can escape together from the aluminum alloy door and window, and the problem that a traditional escape door and window cannot meet the requirement for escape of the old people and children with poor athletic ability is solved.
