Metal rubber support connecting device
The invention discloses a metal rubber support connecting device, and particularly relates to a connecting mode of a metal rubber support in a compression-shear test. The device is mainly composed ofan upper connecting plate, an upper limiting plate, a lower connecting plate, a lower limiting plate, spines and bolts. The device is characterized in that the spines are anchored with the upper connecting plate through a plurality of holes in the upper connecting plate, then the upper connecting plate and the upper limiting plate are connected with a horizontal movable sliding plate of the test platform into a whole through bolts, and similarly, the spines are anchored with the lower connecting plate through a plurality of holes in the lower connecting plate. And the lower connecting plate and the lower limiting plate are integrated with the test platform base through bolts. During a test, the metal rubber support is clamped in a circular hole in the center of the upper limiting plate andthe lower limiting plate, after vertical force is applied, the spines pierce into the support, friction force between the support and the connecting plate is increased, and due to the limiting effectof the limiting plates on the support, the support and the test platform do not slip after horizontal force is applied. Therefore, the problem of slippage between the metal rubber support and the test platform in the compression-shear test is solved. The device has the advantages that the mechanical property of the metal rubber support is accurately obtained under the condition that the metal rubber support body is not damaged; and components are simple in structure, easy to manufacture, convenient to install, small in installation error and capable of being repeatedly used.
本发明公开一种金属橡胶支座连接装置,尤其涉及金属橡胶支座在压剪试验时的连接方式。其结构主要由上连接板、上限位板、下连接板、下限位板以及尖刺和螺栓组成。其特征在于先将尖刺通过上连接板上的若干孔洞与上连接板锚固在一起,然后将上连接板和上限位板通过螺栓和试验平台的水平动滑板连成一个整体,同理尖刺也是通过下连接板上的若干孔洞与下连接板锚固在一起,下连接板和下限位板通过螺栓与试验平台底座形成整体。试验时将金属橡胶支座卡在上下限位板中心的圆孔中,施加竖向力后,尖刺扎进支座,增大了支座和连接板之间的摩擦力,加上限位板对支座的限位作用,施加水平力后支座和试验平台之间无滑移,从而解决了在压剪试验中金属橡胶支座和试验平台之间的滑移问题。本发明的优点在于不破坏金属橡胶支座本体的情况下精确的得到了其力学性能;构件构造简单、易于制作、安装便捷,安装误差小,可重复使用。
