The invention relates to a computer-based marine waste collection and treatment device. The device comprises a ship body which is sequentially provided with a collecting and feeding device, a water filtering device, a middle conveying device, a smashing device, a storage device, a power device and a control chamber. The collecting and feeding device comprises a first conveying belt, one end of thefirst conveying belt extends into the sea surface, and the other end is mounted on the ship body; the water filtering device comprises a material receiving funnel, a material receiving pipe, a waterfiltering tank, a pressure tank, a thrust tank, a water collecting tank and a discharging pipe; the middle conveying device comprises a second conveying belt, one end of the second conveying belt is located at the discharging position of the discharging pipe, and the other end is located at an inlet of the smashing device. The crushing device comprises a crushing box, and a crushing roller assembly, a flow guide plate, a flow guide pipe and a conveying cylinder which are sequentially arranged in the crushing box from top to bottom; an outlet of the conveying cylinder is communicated with the storage device; the storage device comprises a storage box; power plant comprising a thruster. The device has the beneficial effects of improving the collection and treatment efficiency, reducing the labor intensity and the like.
