The invention discloses a sterilization and disinfection tank for water supply equipment. The sterilization and disinfection tank for the water supply equipment comprises a mounting base, a tank bodyis arranged at the top of the mounting base, a filter element is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the interior of the tank body, and flow guide grooves which communicate with one another are formed in the bottom of the filter element; and an ozone generator communicated with the flow guide groove is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the mounting base, connecting frames are arranged atthe bottoms of the two sides of the tank body, suction fans are arranged on the sides, close to each other, of the tops of the two connecting frames, and an activated carbon adsorption box is arranged in the middle of the tops of the two connecting frames. Through rotary matching of a sleeve and a stirring rod and communication of a water inlet, bleaching powder and a water source have a pre-contact function during falling, contact and mixing of the bleaching powder and the water source are promoted to be more uniform along with rotation of the sleeve and stirring of the stirring rod, and theimplementation effect and the sterilization efficiency of subsequent sterilization work are improved.
