Method for manufacturing building material from industrial wastes
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a building material by using industrial wastes. The method is characterized by mainly comprising the following steps: (1) mixing cement dust and an additive in a weight ratio of (70-97%):(30-3%); (2) adding water into the mixture obtained in the step (1), and stirring to obtain a clay-like blend, wherein the amount of the added water is 15-40% ofthe total amount of the mixture; and (3) curing the blend obtained in the step (2) under standard atmospheric pressure according to the specified shape and size to obtain the building material. Compared with the prior art, the cement dust can be efficiently utilized, dust pollution is reduced, the produced building material has excellent bearing capacity, heat insulation, thermal shock resistanceand low water absorption, the weight is light, the size can be well controlled, waste recycling is achieved, and economic benefits are improved.
本发明公开了一种用工业废弃物制造建筑材料的方法,其特征在于,主要包括以下步骤:(一)按照重量比为70%~97%:30%~3%将水泥粉尘和添加剂混合;(二)将步骤(一)中的混合物加水搅拌成粘土状的共混物,所述加水量为混合物总量的15%~40%;(三)将上述步骤(二)的共混物按照规定的形状和尺寸,在标准大气压下固化,制成建筑材料。与现有技术相比,本发明不仅能够高效的利用水泥粉尘,减少粉尘污染,而且所生产的建筑材料具有优异的承载能力、绝热性、耐热冲击性以及较低的吸水性,重量轻并且能够很好地控制尺寸,实现废物循环再利用,提高了经济效益。
