According to the process of the preparation method, the pre-sintering temperature of the magnetic powder is increased to passivate the intensity of a chemical reaction of a blank during secondary sintering and prevent deformation caused by sintering adhesion, so that the percent of pass of the manganese-zinc ferrite small magnetic core is increased to 99.8% from 96%, the energy consumption is reduced by 5%, and the production efficiency is improved by 10%.
