The invention relates to the technical field of ovens, in particular to a kiln furnace slabstone, which is prepared by the following steps: weighing the following raw materials by weight: 4-4.5 kg ofrefractory mortar, 5-5.5 kg of refractory cement and 3.3-3.5 kg of aggregate; adding 3.9-4.0 kg of water into the uniformly mixed solid particles, and continuously stirring at a constant speed until the solid particles are uniformly mixed; pouring the stirred mixed raw materials on a mold, and vibrating by using a vibrating bar; standing until the slabstone in the mold is completely formed and thesurface is completely aired; after the slabstone in the mold is completely dried, feeding the slabstone into a kiln, firing the slabstone for 3 days at the high temperature of 1200 DEG C, and discharging the slabstone out of the kiln after the slabstone is extinguished and naturally cooled; and grinding, chamfering and polishing the discharged slabstone to enable the surface of the slabstone to be smooth and not to fall off. Thekiln furnace slabstone is high in heat storage performance, resistant to high temperature and free of deformation, the bottom faces of baked food materials are not prone to scorching, it is guaranteed that the baking forming thicknesses of all the food materials are consistent, and the taste is improved.
