Water-retaining polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete additives in building materials, in particular to a water-retaining polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding a first mixture, an unsaturated polyether monomer with a molecular weight of 2400, acrylic acid, unsaturated carboxylic ester, a monomer D, an oxidizing agent and deionized water into a reaction container for mixing, respectively adding a reducing agent and a molecular weight regulator solution into the reaction container for normal-temperature reaction, and carrying out heat preservation for a period of time, then adjusting the pH value of the obtained product to 6-7 to obtain the polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Specifically, the firstmixture comprises an acylation product with a benzene ring, amide and sulfonamide and unsaturated anhydride; and the monomer D is triethylene glycol methyl ether methacrylate. The superplasticizer prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has high water-retaining property, can effectively lock water in concrete, controls the hydrolysis speed of ester group and amide group, effectively improves the phenomenon of delayed bleeding, and is stable in concrete flowability.
本发明涉及建筑材料中混凝土添加剂技术领域,特别涉及一种保水型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法。制备方法,包括以下步骤:将第一混合物、分子量为2400的不饱和聚醚单体、丙烯酸、不饱和羧酸酯、单体D、氧化剂、去离子水加入反应容器中混合,将还原剂与分子量调节剂溶液分别加入所述反应容器进行常温反应,保温一段时间后,将所得产物调节pH值为6~7,即得所述聚羧酸减水剂;所述第一混合物包括了具有苯环、酰胺、磺酰胺的酰化产物和不饱和酸酐;所述单体D为三乙二醇甲基醚甲基丙烯酸酯。通过本发明制备方法所制备的减水剂具有高保水性,能够有效锁住混凝土中的水分,控制酯基、酰胺基的水解速度,有效改善滞后泌水的现象,且混凝土流动性稳定。
