The invention relates to the technical field of road spraying and scribing, in particular to a road spraying and scribing vehicle with brush rollers. Rotation of wheels is used as input power when thescribing vehicle advances, and a second transmission wheel is driven by a driving assembly to rotate. The second transmission wheel drives a fourth bevel gear to drive a second rotating shaft and a sweeping head at the bottom end of the second rotating shaft to rotate through a transmission assembly so that the sweeping head sweeps the road surface when the scribing vehicle advances, and subsequent scribing is facilitated; the cam coaxial with the second transmission wheel rotates immediately, and the first driven gear drives the valve rod to rotate forwards and backwards through the switch assembly, so that automatic opening and closing of the paint discharging valve are achieved, and intermittent paint discharging is conducted; the discharged paint liquid falls on the brush rollers, andthe paint liquid on the brush rollers is supplemented in time; and a connecting plate also moves along with a lifting plate and drives the brush rollers to lift through a mounting frame so as to drawthe broken line.
