According to the device, when the cylinder rod of the second telescopiccylinder extends out, the cylinder rod just abuts against the fixing base, the piston leaves the communicating position of the spherical hinge and the injection rod, and then the injection rod is effectively controlled to be dredged; meanwhile, angle adjustment of the injection rod is achieved through a first telescopic cylinder and a rotating motor; in the process that the driving ring moves in the axial direction of the injection rod, the inclined opening pushes the adjusting blocks to move relatively, so that water flow penetrates through the adjusting blocks on the two sides, and the waterflow state is further adjusted according to different gaps between the adjusting blocks; and good application prospects are realized.
