Provided is a combined wave ecological bank protection structure. The structure comprises a reinforced concrete foundation, first combined frame bodies, and second combined frame bodies; the first combined frame bodies and the second combined frame bodies are arranged on the reinforced concrete foundation in a stacked mode; the first combined frame bodies are arranged on the top layer; each firstcombined frame body is formed by alternately connecting first frame bodies and second frame bodies into a row; the second combined frame bodies are arranged below the first combined frame bodies and are arranged more than one layer; each second combined frame body is formed by alternately connecting third frame bodies and fourth frame bodies in a row; the first combined frame bodies and the secondcombined frame bodies are respectively provided with wavy outer vertical panels; the frame bodies of the combined frame bodies on the same layer are connected through the matching of convex key grooves and concave key grooves; and an upper-layer combined frame body and an lower-layer combined frame body are positioned through frame body positioning tooth sills and can be arranged in an up-down corresponding or staggered mode. According to the combined wave ecological bank protection structure, four frame body elements are adopted, so that the assembling is convenient, and construction is easy; wavy outer vertical surfaces have a certain wave dissipation effect; and greening can be planted in the frame bodies, so that ecological bank protection construction of a navigation river channel isfacilitated.
