Fabricated ecological revetment and construction method
The invention provides a fabricated ecological revetment. A first vertical baffle and a second vertical baffle which extend downwards are arranged at the two sides of a prefabricated guide beam respectively; a pile foundation installation groove with a downward opening is formed between the first vertical baffle and the second vertical baffle; the top of a prefabricated pile foundation is sleevedwith the pile foundation installation groove of the prefabricated guide beam; the tail of the first vertical baffle is tightly attached to the pile foundation and inserted into soil; matched grooves are formed in the corresponding positions of the inner side of the first vertical baffle and the side wall of the prefabricated pile foundation; the first vertical baffle and the prefabricated pile foundation are spliced to form a square groove; and a columnar inserting part is inserted into the square groove, so that the prefabricated pile foundation and the prefabricated guide beam are effectively connected with form the revetment. The fabricated ecological revetment is reliable in structure and good in ecological landscape; elements can be dismantled in order according to requirements, wasteconcrete is not left in a soil body, and the influence on ecology is reduced; and factory standard prefabrication is adopted, the cost is low, the universality is good, the site cast-in-place concrete construction step is completely avoided, the site construction period is shortened, the construction quality is good, and the environmental influence is small.
一种装配式生态护岸,预制导梁两侧分别设有向下延伸的第一竖向挡板和第二竖向挡板,第一竖向挡板和第二竖向挡板之间形成开口向下的桩基安装凹槽,预制导梁的桩基安装凹槽套在预制桩基顶部,第一竖向挡板的尾部紧贴桩基插入土中;第一竖向挡板内侧及预制桩基侧壁的对应位置设有相配合的开槽,两者拼合形成方形槽,在所述方形槽内插入柱形插件,使得预制桩基与预制导梁有效连接形成护岸。本发明的装配式护岸结构可靠,生态景观性好。构件可根据需求有序拆除,不在土体内遗留废弃混凝土,减小对于生态的影响。采用工厂标准预制,成本较低、通用性好,完全回避了现场现浇混凝土施工步骤,缩短了现场施工周期,施工质量好,环境影响较小。
