The invention relates to the technical field of bridge anticollision, in particular to a novel self-resetting pier anti-collision device. The novel self-resetting pier anti-collision device comprisesa pier, an external bearing platform, a main body steel frame, an anti-collision steel block, a trapezoidal body rubber block and a blocking iron plate, the external bearing platform is of an annularstructure and is arranged outside the pier, and the bottom of the main body steel frame is fixed to the top of the external bearing platform; and the tops and the bottoms of the anti-collision steel block and the blocking iron plate are matched with the top and the bottom of the inner wall of the main body steel frame in a sliding mode correspondingly, limiting blocks integrally formed with the main body steel frame are arranged at the inner ends of the top and the bottom of the inner wall of the main body steel frame, and built-in springs are connected between the outer end faces of the limiting blocks and the top of the inner wall of the blocking iron plate as well as between the outer end faces of the limiting blocks and the bottom of the inner wall of the blocking iron plate correspondingly. Direct collision between a ship and the pier can be effectively prevented, collision between the pier and the ship is converted into collision between the ship and the anti-collision device, and the anti-collision device buffers huge impact force generated when the ship collides with the pier through a buffering energy dissipation device of the anti-collision device.
