By using the device, a driving motor drives blades to stir water downwards, the water on the outer side of the outer cylinder enters the outer cylinder, then the rotating blades enable pollutants entering the outer cylinder to move into a cloth bag, the cloth bag collects the pollutants, a hydraulic rod pushes the outer cylinder to move, the pollutants with different depths can enter theouter cylinder, the hydraulic rod drives the outer cylinder to ascend, a circular truncated cone cover pushes large pollutants located over the circular truncated cone cover to ascend, the large pollutants slide to the inner side of an annular plate along the circular truncated cone cover, and by collecting the pollutants and isolating the pollutants, use of follow-up treatment agents can be reduced, and the water treatment effect is improved.
