The invention discloses a pipeline sewage suction head, and relates to a pipeline sewage suction device. The pipeline sewage suction head comprises a sewage suction pipe connector, a casing, a cover plate and a handle, the casing is of a hollow cavity structure with two open ends, one end of the casing is in communication with the sewage suction pipe connector, the other end of the casing is hermetically covered with the cover plate, a sewage suction port is arranged on the cover plate, and the handle is connected to the lower part of the cover plate. The invention provides the pipeline sewagesuction head which is used for sucking sewage of a pipeline and preventing a sewage suction pipe from being blocked.
