The device comprises a construction hanging basket; a hanging basket cavity with an upward opening is formedin the construction hanging basket; a constructor can stand in the hanging basket cavity; a lifting guide rod is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the construction hanging basket and locatedon the right side of the hanging basket cavity; a lifting plate is arranged on the outer circle face of the lifting guide rod in an up-down sliding mode; and a lifting screw rod in threaded connectionwith the lifting plate is arranged on the right side of the lifting guide rod in a rotating mode in the upper end face of the construction hanging basket. The auxiliary device is installed on ordinary hanging baskets, when a curtain wall of a high-rise building is installed, material plates such as a glass plate can be fixed, then the constructor is assisted in placing the material plates into aninstallation frame, and the material plates can be fixedly installed conveniently; and the device can move along with the construction hanging basket, use is convenient, lifting adjustment can be freely performed and the application range is wide.
