The invention discloses a double-piece villa which comprises a first floor, a second floor and a garret layer, wherein the second floor is of a left-right symmetrical structure, a balcony, a second staircase positioned behind the balcony and a separation wall body positioned behind the second staircase are arranged on the middle position of the second floor; a first bedroom next to the separationwall body, a first reception room next to the balcony, a second bedroom at the right side of the first reception room, and a third bedroom behind the second bedroom are symmetrically arranged at leftand right sides of the second floor. Three bedrooms which are independent relatively are arranged at left and right sides of the second floor for living use of two families, so that a relatively independent household space is provided for every family; and the first floor is also equipped with the bedroom for allowing the old to live, so that the family can live together happily in true meaning relative to a conventional structure.
