The invention discloses a stadium super-long-span PTFE membrane structure and an installation method thereof. The stadium super-long-span PTFE membrane structure comprises a steel arch frame and a membrane roof, and the membrane roof is made of membrane units. The stadium super-long-span PTFE membrane structure further comprises a walking channel of the membrane roof. The walking channel comprisesa channel arranged along a steel structure outer pressing ring beam, a radial cable walking channel and a steel arch walking channel, and the membrane units are connected with an aluminum alloy casting and a U-shaped piece through membrane structure arches arranged on the membrane units to be connected with the steel arch. During installation, the mode that clamps are embedded into the ground ofthe steel arch frame in advance is adopted, high-altitude installation of the aluminum alloy clamps is avoided, the construction process is reduced, combined hoisting is achieved, and the constructionprogress is greatly improved. An automatic cutting bed and an automatic heat sealing machine are combined for use, high-precision machining and discharging are achieved, and it is guaranteed that theoverall forming quality of the membrane units meets the design requirement.
本发明公开了一种体育场超大跨度PTFE膜结构及其安装方法,包括钢拱架及膜屋面,膜屋面由膜单元制作而成;并包括膜屋面的行走通道,该行走通道包括沿钢结构外压环梁布设的通道、径向索处行走通道和钢拱架处行走通道所述膜单元通过其设有的膜结构拱连接铝合金铸件和U型件,实现与所述钢拱架连接。安装时本发明采用钢拱架地面预先嵌入卡具方式,避免铝合金卡具高空安装,减少施工工艺,组合式吊装,施工进度大幅提高。自动裁床和自动热合机结合使用,高精度加工、下料,保证膜单元整体成型质量满足设计要求。
