Unit type stereo garage
The unit type stereo garage aims to solve the problem that cars are difficult to park in narrow spaces such as hospitals, hotels, tourist attractions and old communities. Compared with an existing stereo garage used on the market, the stereo garage has the characteristics of being high in space utilization rate, high in vehicle storing and taking speed, energy-saving and the like. The unit type stereo garage is of a symmetrical structure, as shown in figure 1, and is characterized in that trolleys are directly driven into lifting hanging baskets and transversely enter the garage, that is, thetrolleys are directly driven into and transversely placed. One garage unit has five layers in total, a trolley garage is arranged on each of the left and right sides of the lifting basket on each layer, and the middle part is the lifting basket and the lifting space of the lifting basket. Two garages on each layer are respectively used for storing one trolley, and ten trolleys are parked on five layers on the left side and the right side. The unit type stereo garage is produced in a factory and assembled on site. When the unit type stereo garage is assembled, the perpendicularity of stand columns and the levelness of cross beams must be corrected, and other installation can be conducted only after the perpendicularity and the levelness meet the drawing requirements.
本款单元式立体车库是为了解决如医院、酒店、旅游景点、老旧小区等空间狭小场所的小汽车停放难的问题。它与现在市面上使用的立体车库相比具有空间利用率高、车辆存取速度快、节约能源等特点。单元式立体车库为对称结构,如图1,其特征是小车直着开进升降吊篮,横着进入车库,即直进横放。一个车库单元共5层,每层于升降吊篮左右两边各有一个小车车库,中间部分是升降吊篮及升降吊篮升降的空间。每层两个车库各存放一辆小车,左右两边5层共停放10辆小车。单元式立体车库实行工厂生产,车库现场装配的模式。单元式立体车库在装配时一定要校正立柱的垂直度和横梁的水平度,这两者符合图纸要求后,才能进行其他安装。
