The invention discloses a food waste dewatering energy-saving device of a kitchen washing pool. The device comprises a dewatering machine body, a sink is formed at the upper side of the dewatering machine body, the lower side of the sink is communicated with a driven shaft, the lower side of the driven shaft is communicated with a filter tank, the lower side of the filter tank is communicated witha water accumulation tank, and a power generation device is arranged in the water accumulation tank. The power generation device comprises connecting pins which are in rotating fit with the rear wallof the water accumulation tank in a bilateral symmetry manner, the connecting pins are located in the water accumulation tank and fixedly connected with abutting rods, fixing blocks are fixedly installed on the left inclined wall and the right inclined wall of the water accumulation tank, and sliding connection grooves are formed in connecting torsional spring fixing blocks.
