Assembly type dry floor heating system
The invention provides an assembly type dry floor heating system. The assembly type dry floor heating system comprises keel plates, a heat preservation plate and floor heating pipes, wherein the keelplates, the heat preservation plate and the floor heating pipes are arranged on the ground. The keel plates comprise the main keel plate and the auxiliary keel plate. Plate holes and connecting holesare formed in the two sides of the main keel plate. A first groove is formed in the top of the main keel plate. Connecting pieces are arranged on the two sides of the auxiliary keel plate and clampedinto the connecting holes. A second groove is formed in the top of the auxiliary keel plate. A clamping piece is arranged on one side of the heat preservation plate, and a clamping groove is formed inthe other side of the heat preservation plate. A third groove is formed in the top of the heat preservation plate. The heat preservation plate is clamped to the main keel plate through the clamping piece. The floor heating pipes are embedded into the first groove, the second groove and the third groove. A plurality of floors are laid on the heat preservation plate. According to the assembly typedry floor heating system, the keel plate structure made of a phase change energy storage material is adopted, so that overall heat is balanced; and meanwhile, through the design of the integrated structure of a reflection aluminum sheet and the grooves, the flatness between the floors and the heat preservation plate is improved.
