Cement firing system and method based on pure oxygen combustion
The invention provides a cement firing system and method based on pure oxygen combustion. The system comprises a pure oxygen preparation device, an oxygen conveying pipe, a rotary kiln, a tertiary airpipe, a decomposing furnace, a kiln tail preheater, a high-temperature fan, a tail gas treatment device, CO2 trapping equipment, a cooling machine, an air blower, a cooling machine hot air pipe, a cooling machine residual air pipe, a residual heat recovery device and a heat exchanger. The method comprises the following steps of carrying out heat exchange on oxygen produced by the pure oxygen preparation device and high-temperature waste heat produced by the cooling machine to produce high-temperature pure oxygen; dividing the generated high-temperature pure oxygen into three paths, and respectively conveying the three paths of high-temperature pure oxygen into the decomposing furnace, the rotary kiln and a kiln head combustor; treating flue gas generated by combustion through the tail gastreatment device, and trapping CO2; and introducing calcined clinker in the rotary kiln into the cooling machine for cooling, and carrying out waste heat recovery. According to the system and method,the combustion efficiency can be effectively improved, the combustion temperature is increased, the smoke amount is reduced, and therefore cement firing heat consumption is reduced.
本发明提供一种基于纯氧燃烧的水泥烧成系统和方法,所述系统包括,纯氧制备装置、氧气输送管、回转窑、三次风管、分解炉、窑尾预热器、高温风机、尾气处理装置、CO2捕集设备、冷却机、鼓风机、冷却机热风管、冷却机余风管、余热回收装置和热交换器;所述方法包括,将纯氧制备装置生产的氧气与冷却机产生的高温余热进行热量交换,产生高温纯氧;将产生的所述高温纯氧分为三路,分别输送到分解炉、回转窑以及窑头燃烧器中;将燃烧产生的烟气通过尾气处理装置进行处理,并进行CO2捕集;将回转窑内煅烧完成的熟料通入到所述冷却机中进行冷却,并进行余热回收。本发明可有效提高燃烧效率,提升燃烧温度、减少烟气量,从而降低水泥烧成热耗。
