The invention discloses a self-cleaning water quality detection water tower. A planet gear is matched with two shaft sleeves in an embedded manner, so that a cleaning device has two rotating modes of rotating arounda vertical line and rotating around a horizontal line; meanwhile, a cleaning brush is additionally arranged at the vertical center line, the problem that the middle of the bottom wall of the water tower body cannot be brushed is avoided, meanwhile, up-down movement of the cleaning brush is realized through a lead screw nut, meanwhile, the two water outlets are formed, only one water outlet can beopened through a partition, thus, sewage is prevented from entering a pipeline for supplying water for a user during cleaning, meanwhile, a push block and a slot are matched with a spring to realizea device with an effect similar to that of an SD slot, and thus, a filter element can be taken out or mounted easily.
