The invention discloses an anti-collision buffer vehicle capable of being folded in the multi-stage mode. The vehicle comprises a vehicle body and a buffer device arranged on one side of the vehicle body, and the vehicle body is provided with a turnover mechanism enabling the buffer device to be turned over to a folding position or a first unfolding position or a second unfolding position. The turnover mechanism comprises a first-stage turnover mechanism and a second-stage turnover mechanism which is matched with the first-stage turnover mechanism to enable the buffer device to be turned overto a folding position or a first unfolding position or a second unfolding position. The buffer device is folded on the vehicle body when being overturned to a folding position, and the structure avoids the influence of wind resistance on the anti-collision buffer vehicle.
