Lifting ring capable of being partially recycled
The invention provides a lifting ring capable of being partially recycled. The lifting ring comprises a lifting ring body. The lifting ring body is in an inverted U shape and comprises two lifting ring limbs; steel plates are welded and fixed at the bottom ends of two lifting ring limbs; and a traditional lifting ring is divided into an anchoring component inner part and a recycling part by takingthe surface of a component as a boundary, the anchoring component inner part is formed by welding two lifting ring limbs pre-buried in the component and the steel plates, and the two lifting ring parts are connected into a whole through a rolling right-hand and left-hand thread type steel bar straight thread connecting sleeve and then subjected to lifting operation. After lifting is completed, the sleeve and the exposed part are unscrewed for recycling. The two parts of the lifting ring can be produced in batches in a factory, the lifting ring is applied to lifting of reinforced concrete prefabricated building components, on-site electric welding or cutting operation can be reduced, sound, flash and air pollution on a construction site are reduced, and the purpose of saving materials canbe achieved through recycling of the exposed part of the lifting ring and the connecting sleeve.
本发明提供一种能够部分循环利用的吊环,包括吊环本体;所述吊环本体呈倒置U形,所述吊环本体包括吊环两肢;所述吊环两肢底端焊接固定有钢板;本发明将传统的吊环以构件表面为界分割为锚入构件内部分和循环使用部分,锚入构件内部分由预埋于构件内的吊环两肢与钢板焊接组成,吊环两部分通过滚轧正反丝型钢筋直螺纹连接套筒连接成整体后进行吊装作业,吊装完成后拧下套筒和外露部分,循环使用。本发明吊环两部分均可工厂化批量生产,应用于钢筋混凝土预制建筑构件的吊装,可以减少现场电焊或切割作业,减少施工现场声音、闪光和空气污染,并可通过吊环外露部分和连接套筒的循环使用达到节约材料的目的。
