In order to improve the resource utilization rate of copper tailings and building muck, the invention discloses a copper tailing and muck curing agent which is composed of the following components inpercentage by mass: 30%-40% of ferrovanadium slag, 30%-35% of slag powder, 15%-20% of slaked lime, 2%-4% of gypsum and 1%-16% of limestone powder. The curing agent disclosed by the invention is used for preparing a copper tailing or muck non-fired wall material; and the copper tailing or muck non-fired wall material is prepared by adding a proper amount of water into the copper tailing or muck curing agent, uniformly mixing the materials, molding the mixture and curing the mixture. According to the curing agent, industrial wastes such as the ferrovanadium slag, slag powder, desulfurized gypsumand limestone powder are taken as raw materials, the preparation process is simple, and the production cost is low. The non-fired wall material of copper tailings or muck prepared by utilizing the curing agent is high in compressive strength and good in durability. The preparation method and application of the copper tailing and muck curing agent have important significance in effective utilization of waste resources, environmental protection and building energy conservation.
