The invention relates to the technical field of architectural ornament wallpaper, and discloses preparation and construction methods of architectural ornament diatom ooze. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking 40 parts of natural diatomite, 10 parts of bentonite, 30 parts of heavy calcium powder, 5 parts of titanium dioxide, 5 parts of negative oxygen ion powder, 5 parts ofphotocatalyst, 1 part of lignocellulose, 2 parts of edible adhesive and 2 parts of anti-cracking agent, adding a certain amount of water, and conducting stirring to be viscous, so as to obtain the diatom ooze for decoration. The construction method comprises the steps that the diatom ooze stirred through a tool is thinly smeared on a base face in a batched mode, the area is not large, the width is70-80 cm, batched coating is conducted twice in the same direction, and the coating thickness is 1-1.5 mm; whether the whole coating has defects or not is checked and repairing is conducted in time;after 80%-90% of water in the surface of the coating is dried, the diatom ooze is smeared again through a smearing tool, and the thickness of the coating is 0.8-1.2 mm; and the coating is dried and cured. The preparation and construction method of the architectural ornament diatom ooze is low in material cost, simple in construction process, low-carbon, energy-saving, environment-friendly and economical.
本发明涉及建筑装饰壁纸技术领域,且公开了一种建筑装饰硅藻泥的制备及施工方法,制备:取天然硅藻土40份、膨润土10份、重钙粉30份、二氧化钛5份、负氧离子粉5份、光触媒5份、木质纤维素1份、食用粘合剂2份和抗裂素2份,加入一定量的水,搅拌至粘稠状,制得装饰用硅藻泥;施工:使用工具搅拌好的硅藻泥薄薄地批涂在基面上,面积不宜过大,宽度在70‑80厘米,按照同一方向批涂两遍,涂层厚度1‑1.5毫米;检查整体涂层是否有缺陷并及时修补;待涂层表面收水80%‑90%,再次使用批刀批涂,涂层厚度0.8‑1.2毫米;使涂层干燥固化。该建筑装饰硅藻泥的制备及施工方法,材料成本低、施工工艺简易、低碳节能、环保经济。
