The invention relates to the technical field of concrete preparation, and particularly relates to drought-resistant and crack-resistant concrete and a preparation process thereof. The drought-resistant and crack-resistant concrete has the advantage that a mixing container can be vibrated and cleaned when concrete raw materials are mixed. The preparation process of the drought-resistant and crack-resistant concrete comprises the steps of S1, cleaning the inner wall of the mixing container; S2, adding all the raw materials of the drought-resistant and crack-resistant concrete into the mixing container; S3, stirring and mixing all the raw materials in the mixing container, and cleaning the inner wall of the mixing container; and S4, collecting the prepared drought-resistant and crack-resistant concrete. The drought-resistant and crack-resistant concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of a cement mineral mixture, 80 parts of natural coarse aggregate, 28 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 60 parts of basalt gravel, 12 parts of a composite additive, 3 parts of an expanding agent, 1 part of fibers, 3 parts of fly ash, 2 parts of polystyrene foamparticles, 2.5 parts of phosphorus slag powder and 15 parts of water.
