The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: cement, silica fume, aggregate, fibers, a water reducing agent and water, wherein the fibers are a mixture of modified polypropylene fibers and steel fibers; the modified polypropylene fibers are a mixture composed of silicon dioxide nano hollow sphere modified polypropylene crude fibers and silicon dioxide nano hollow sphere modified polypropylene fine fibers accordingto a mass ratio of 3: (1-2), the diameter of the modified polypropylene crude fiber is 0.10-0.15 mm, the alkali resistance is 100%, the diameter of the modified polypropylene fine fiber is 0.01-0.05 mm, the alkali resistance is 100%, the steel fibers are composed of coarse steel fibers and fine steel fibers according to the mass ratio of 1: (0.2-1), and the aggregate is composed of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate. The ultrahigh-toughness concrete has the advantages of high tensile strength, high compression resistance, relatively few proportioning components and low production cost; the preparation method is simple, easy to operate and suitable for large-scale production.
