The invention discloses an iron tailing sintered brick and a preparation method thereof. The sintered brick is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 80-95% of iron tailingsand 5-20% of fly ash, and is prepared by the following steps: carrying out compression molding on the iron tailings and the fly ash under 20 MPa, standing for 10-24 hours under ventilated and rainproof conditions, drying a green body by using flue gas waste heat, controlling the temperature to rise to 200 DEG C within 6 hours, and continuously heating to 900-1050 DEG C at the speed of 10 DEG C/min, keeping the temperature for 2-4 hours, and cooling along with the furnace to obtain the sintered brick. The sintered brick has the compressive strength of 23-46 MPa, the volume density of 1854-1980kg/m < 3 >, the mass loss of 7.0-8.0%, the sintering shrinkage of 1.1-4.6% and the water absorption of 11.7-16.4%; the sintered brick provided by the invention is simple in preparation method and easyfor industrialized production, and can be used as a building material.
本发明公开了一种铁尾矿烧结砖及其制备方法,该烧结砖按照铁尾矿:粉煤灰=(80~95):(5~20)的质量百分比制备获得,以铁尾矿和粉煤灰为原材料,在20MPa下压制成型,置于通风防雨条件下放置10~24小时,然后利用烟气余热干燥胚体,控制6小时升温至200℃后,再以10℃/min继续升至900‑1050℃,保温2~4小时后随炉冷却得到烧结砖。该烧结砖抗压强度23‑46MPa,体积密度为1854‑1980kg/m3,质量损失为7.0~8.0%,烧结收缩1.1~4.6%,吸水率11.7~16.4%;本发明中的烧结砖制备方法简单,易于工厂化生产,可作建筑材料使用。
