本发明提供陶瓷组成物、陶瓷烧结体、叠层型陶瓷电子元件及其制法，并通过调整陶瓷组成物的微纳米硅玻璃含量，使所得的陶瓷烧结体包含玻璃相并具有适当的孔隙率进而具有良好的补氧效率，因此，包含所述陶瓷烧结体的叠层型陶瓷电子元件可具有低室温电阻值及高电阻温度系数的优异性能。
